LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Barakat Real Estate shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. While we strive to provide accurate property information, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of listings, and users are advised to independently verify all property details before making investment decisions.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barakat Real Estate operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
